Laszlo Balogh was born in 1968, in Szeged, Hungary. In 1992 he received his Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Fine Art, JGYTF Teacher Training Collage, then in 1993, he received the Dharmasiswa Scholarship from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to continue his studies in the fields of arts.
