My first art was a drawing of a black spider from the newspaper when I was a kid. It's my first memory. My grandmother says, Maybe you'll be the artist of the family, Jimmy. In high school, I painted the devil behind bars in hell. My paintings still have a dark side. I'm influenced by Expressionism, and modern art in general, but also by medieval religious art.
