直江兼續（日語：直江 兼続〔直江 兼續〕／なおえ かねつぐ Naoe Kanetsugu，1560年—1620年1月23日）是日本戰國時代、安土桃山時代和江戶時代初期武將。兼續5歲開始在仙桃院（上杉謙信的姐姐、同時也是上杉景勝的母親）的推薦下，成為上杉謙信養子上杉景勝的侍童。謙信死後，輔佐景勝成為上杉家當主，兩人感情相當深厚，據說兼續去世時，一向面無表情的景勝放聲痛哭，可見兩人之間的情誼。
