石田三成（日語：石田 三成／いしだ みつなり Ishida Mitsunari，1560年—1600年11月6日）是日本戰國時代和安土桃山時代的武將及大名，為豐臣政權的五奉行之一。佐和山城主。在主君豐臣秀吉死後，與時任五大老的德川家康對立激化，兩方決裂成東西軍引發關原之戰，戰敗後被送往京都六條河原處刑。
